I heard Joshua’s words echoing in my mind as if he were right beside me. I hit the side of my helmet with one gauntleted fist, and continued trudging up the hill. Damn helmet always picked up motivations; the guy who sold it to me swore blind that it picked up the playboy channel, but I had yet to hear it. Joshua was my manservant, before he got a more lucrative job as the legal representative of my wicked uncle, Prince Percival the Pernicious.
